Lucky Seven

Alexis Zegerman

I’ve done the programme for you. For you and Catherine. You made me do it when I really didn’t want to. And now you just want to ruin my life.

A sad and funny new play exposing the wreckage left behind by fly-on-the-wall documentaries.

Tom, Alan and Catherine have been the subjects of a TV documentary series which revisits their lives every seven years. We watch their encounters in reverse order at 49, 42, 21 and, most poignantly, at 7, their lives seemingly destined for self-destruction…

Poignant, funny and emotionally hard-hitting, Lucky Seven is the first full-length stage play by Alexis Zegerman.
